Our Story
From the moment I first slipped into riding boots, horses have been woven into the fabric of my life. I still feel the thrill of earning my earliest riding badges and the hush of anticipation before my first show-jumping rounds in Poland. After high school, I stepped into the world of Human Resources—balancing desk work with barn life and competitions.
When the pandemic shifted university lectures online, I realized I could study from anywhere—and that sparked a dream to learn from the very best. In early 2021 I set off across Europe, from Ireland’s lush pastures to Denmark’s cutting-edge yards, Holland’s storied breeding farms, and Belgium’s elite 4* and 5* teams. Over the next three years I wore every hat in the stable: show groom, young-horse rider, and eventually barn manager. Those seasons in the saddle taught me more than horsemanship—they revealed how a finely tuned operation fuels peak performance, whether in a stable or a startup.
Yet it was working with 4–6-year-olds that truly captured my heart. Watching a young horse transform, stride by stride, ride by ride, delivered a joy far deeper than simply clearing a bigger fence on an experienced mount. That passion for visible growth—whether in a rising sport prospect or a startup finding its footing—inspired my next step.
In March 2024 I founded Elevated Excellence, uniting my dual expertise into one mission: to provide bespoke People & Finance Operations for Belgian tech startups. By 2025, the Elevated Excellence Group expanded to include our sports division—training and matching top-quality young show-jumping horses with riders around the globe.
Today, whether I’m fine-tuning an AP workflow or guiding a rising five-year-old to its first clear round, my goal remains the same: to lift your ambitions higher and help you land every jump.
